WWE Meeting/Event Cancellation Policy

The Program Committee is responsible for arranging monthly dinners with programs, Friday breakfasts, and monthly brown bag lunches. The Education Committee is responsible for 5th Friday workshops and other workshops.

If, for any reason, a committee or its chair believes one of these events should be canceled, the committee chair or designee should first inform the WWE president to discuss the details and options.

If the WWE president cannot be reached within a reasonable amount of time, another member of the Executive Committee should be contacted.

The WWE policy is to cancel an event only as a last resort if the event has been posted on the website.

The decision to cancel will be made jointly by the committee chair and the president.

Only the president may notify the webmaster to post an event cancellation online.
