Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC) is a leading innovative statewide economic development corporation that’s been supporting entrepreneurs and “Putting Dreams to Work” since 1987. WWBIC helps individuals who are interested in starting, strengthening, or expanding a business and that work is done with those who face barriers in accessing traditional financing or resources in pursuit of their dreams … in particular women, people of color, veterans and low-income individuals.
In this presentation, Cheryl VandenBurgt will share all of the facets of
‘how’ that work is done, as well as, the ways WWBIC Partners around the state of WI to expand the reach.
Cheryl VandenBurgt currently serves as the Regional Project Director for the South Central office of WWBIC, located in Madison, WI and has over 25 years of experience creating and building Management Teams, coaching sales people, connecting professionals in the community to resources and each other, and helping business owners expand their Vision. Additionally, she runs a business consulting firm that specializes in executive placement, profiling and Team alignment.

Need to cancel your registration?
If you've registered for an event and realize you won't be able to attend, you may be able to cancel your registration, depending on the event settings. Breakfast and Lunch registrations can be cancelled within 1 day of the event. Dinner registrations can be cancelled within 6 days of the event. Cancelling a paid registration will generate a credit in your WWE account. A refund will be issued within 7 days after the event.
