WWE Brown Bag Lunch

Spring is the perfect time to begin an exercise routine. Ellen Utter owner and creator of Utterstrength is a certified fitness instructor who teaches Pilates mat techniques, yoga, Pilates barre, and weight training in her new home studio. She invites you to see and experience exercises and alignment principles in a relaxed home environment. Ellen has been teaching fitness for twelve years.
She can show you easy 10 minute routines that include proper breathing, stretching, weight techniques, you can do without a lot of equipment. De-stress at your workplace or after work. It is her hope that you can take some new skills home with you and apply these to any group class that you take in the future. Once you make a habit of this kind of movement, it can become addictive and give you a wonderful sense of well-being.
Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Need to cancel your registration?
If you've registered for an event and realize you won't be able to attend, you may be able to cancel your registration, depending on the event settings. Breakfast and Brown Bag Lunch registrations can be cancelled within 1 day of the event. Dinner registrations can be cancelled within 6 days of the event. Cancelling a paid registration will generate a credit (not a refund) in your WWE account.
